Our spaces
We have available a large boardroom as well as a large private office both of which can be booked in advance via our booking form. Great for when you and the team need to get together! The boardroom will seat 6 comfortable around the boardroom table and has the benefit of having its own side entrance away from the main office. Perfect for board meetings and also bespoke training sessions and presentations, where the room can be adapted to host XXX people theatre style.
Need a self-contained large office for you and your colleagues? Our private office will easily accommodate four work-stations comfortably and has the added benefit of it’s own access and parking bays. The office can be booked out short or long term and can be fully adapted to your needs.
The Comfort Zone is a cosy quiet area where you can relax on comfortable chairs and if required take some time away from the PC/laptop. A suggested minimum guideline of at least 5 minutes in every hour should be spent away from PC/laptop screens and it is also important to make sure you change posture regularly and refocus eyes. This space is perfect and a great base to stretch, re-charge and re-focus. The area may also be hired out on an hourly basis for customers who wish to drop in, grab a cuppa and catch up on emails – we simply request that noise is kept to a minimum and if you need to make phone calls we have a separate room for that purpose.
Our hotdesk stations are situated in the main busy office where you will work alongside MCL News & Media employees. Our business is independent journalism, the office is often quiet but on publication deadline it can become very busy! The team here are all friendly Yorkshire folk and will almost certainly include you in the tea-round whilst you are here.
